Katydid Eggs on Snowball Viburnum

Katydid eggs on snowball viburnum.

What is this on my snowball viburnum?

These are katydid eggs. Katydids are insects related to grasshoppers. They are leaf feeders. It's possible that the eggs have already hatched. But, just in case, remove and dispose of them.
