Introduction: Advisory Meetings with stakeholders in the past have produced mixed results with respect to attendance. Finding an optimal date and time has been a difficult endeavor. The purpose of this advisory meeting is to meet with Board Members of the Calcasieu SWCD at their convenience to consult with them.

1. Four members of the CSWCD and five staff members were in attendance.
2. Keith Hawkins asked for this meeting with one objective:
   • To consult with Members as advisory stakeholders
3. After Hawkins conveyed this objective, he asked the Board about what programming they would want from the AgCenter:
   • Programming to address cost of inputs.
   • Programming to instruct on the use of prescribed fire in agriculture.
   • Questions about pesticide recertification.
4. Hawkins departed early to prepare for LA Nursery Festival in Forest Hill.
