My laboratory is interested in the biology of fibrogenic, adipogenic, and myogenic stem and progenitor cells, using various genomic tools, including bulk and single-cell RNAseq, ATACseq, and Cut&Tag.

The two major focuses in my lab now include:

1. Role of Cardiac fibroblasts in cardiac fibrosis.

2. Depot-specific regulation of adipogenesis
