PEX flexible water pipe

Experience the Lahouse via virtual tour

PEX plumbing systems feature flexible tubing that is reinforced and strong yet flexible. This reduces the need for joints in your plumbing system, which reduces the possibility of leaks. The flexible pipes are also more forgiving in the event of a freeze.

Manifold distribution for faster hot water

All of these flexible pipes are connected to a partial manifold system which brings hot water to the outlets much quicker than traditional methods. This reduces the amount of water you may waste while waiting for it to be warmer.

PEX radiant floor heating system for bathroom

The PEX pipes run through the plywood and then provide radiant heat through the bathroom floors These systems require quality insulation to maintain efficiency and are often installed in combination with aluminum heat transfer plates.

Water heater, expansion tank for floor PEX

Because water thermally expands, a water heater expansion tank is designed to prevent unwanted increases in pressure. A water heater expansion tank attaches to the water heater unit. When the water pressure gets too high, it will be directed into the expansion tank instead of damaging the home’s plumbing valves, fixtures, and joints which could lead to a burst water line.
