Rochelle Wilking has been an East Baton Rouge Parish 4-H agent since 2017. As a 4-H'er in her youth, she believes the 4-H program is a tool to build youth academic and social skills, encourage leadership, friendship, and citizenship. She has worked on a beef farm and as a large animal veterinary technician with Louisiana State University. During these experiences she has developed a deep appreciation for teaching students and learning while doing. Being the mother of 3 children, she understands the importance and benefits of working with future generations.
