Mary McMachon Calcasieu Parish Year Inducted: 2008
Mary McMachon has been involved in 4-H for more than 35 years. Her work started as a school club leader and evolved into numerous positions at the parish and state levels. She volunteers at statewide environmental camps, coordinates a parish environmental club and serves as a state fishing sports instructor. She was nominated for the National Wildlife Leader Award in 2005
