Mr. Brian Spillman, currently serving as the Sherriff for West Feliciana parish, has served the Louisiana 4-H community for over 45 years.
Austin J. Daniel, West Feliciana Parish, Year Inducted: 2008 Austin J. Daniel gained many experiences as a member of the 4-H program. As sheriff, he supports the 4-H program to benefit families in his parish. He provides departmental resources during the Junior Livestock Show and supports 4-H members financially through the sale of livestock animals conducted by the Livestock Club.
