Collegiate 4-H

Collegiate 4-H is a student organization that allows LSU college students to get connected with campus and community, with a focus on service, leadership, and civic engagement. The club also provides service and support to the local and state 4-H programs, such as serving as judges and conducting training workshops.

It is not necessary to have prior 4-H experience to join, only to have an interest in the 4-H ideals and in serving your community. Collegiate 4-H is open to all college students enrolled at the club's college or university of sponsorship who wish to support youth and the 4-H program.

Goals of Collegiate 4-H

  • Help with 4-H programs on a local and state level
  • Continue to build citizenship, leadership, and life skills among the club’s members and the youth with whom we work
  • Prioritize community engagement through participation in volunteer and service events on and off campus

  • Morgan Meaux – President
  • Branson Melancon – Vice President
  • Haya Sultan – Campus Life Rep
