The Louisiana 4-H Leadership Board application process is now open. Applicants must be enrolled in 9th to 12th grade during the 2024--2025 school year. Each parish is allowed to have three applicants per ambassador and board. Each applicant is only allowed to apply for two boards but may only serve on one State Leadership Board. Youth selected to serve on a state leadership board may also serve as an Equine or Livestock Ambassador but not a Wetland Ambassador. Shooting Sports Ambassadors is considered a State Leadership Board. Applications are due by 11:30 pm on May 1, 2024. Late applications will not be accepted. Applications must be initiated by the 4-H Parish Agent within 4-HOnline system.
