Fresh produce on a table at a farmers market

St. Helena Farmers Market

The St. Helena Farmers Market launched in November 2017 in Greensburg, Louisiana as a collaborative effort between the St. Helena Healthy Communities coalition, LSU AgCenter and Southern University Ag Center. Thanks to funding from Louisiana Healthcare Connections, the market is able to continue offering its SNAP Match Program, which provides $3 in free tokens for every $1 spent on eligible foods using SNAP/EBT benefits.
