Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive issue-based educational outreach programming related to food safety regulations are the core of our extension agenda. Dr. Adhikari and his collaborators conduct several workshops and training programs on the following areas throughout the year as well as post educational materials and fact sheets addressing several key aspects of food safety on LSU Food Safety Website.
