I recently assembled a list of iPhone apps that have some utility in agriculture or entomology. If you use an iPhone you might be able to use some of these apps in your agricultural endeavors. The app descriptions were taken from websites about the app or the iTunes app store.

I’m curious to know if you have a favorite agriculturally related app? Also, if you know of any other agricultural apps that are not in my table, please post a comment or e-mail to me.

John Blue at Truffle Media has also assembled a delicious page that lists links to stories about most of these apps. It can be accessed by clicking here.

Shaun Haney of Real Agriculture also has a post on agricultural app use in Canada. It can be read here.

Thanks to Katherine Parys and Blaine Viator for sending me many of the apps that are on the list.
