The International Temperate Rice Conference (ITRC) 2024 will be held at the Marriott New Orleans Hotel on Canal Street in the Historic French Quarter in Louisiana, June 5-8, 2024. The meeting brings together rice scientists and others from around the globe to provide for exchange of information, cooperative planning and networking to facilitate all aspects of rice research, extension work, supply chain dynamics and all other areas of production. This meeting was first held in the Riverina rice production region of Australia in 1994 and has been held every 3-4 years since that time. Meeting locations have included California, Italy, Uruguay and Brazil (most recently in 2020). The meeting has grown through the years and includes keynote speakers, symposia, research discipline panels and poster sessions. The highlight of the meeting will be a tour of the rice production region of Southwest Louisiana. The Louisiana meeting is being hosted by the Louisiana State University AgCenter and the USA Rice Federation. Information on sponsorship of the ITRC 2024 can be found below.

The opening reception will be held on June 5. One sponsor will have the opportunity to make a brief welcome to reception attendees and display their company logo.
Each attendee at ITRC 2024 will receive a lanyard with their name badge. Lanyard Sponsorship will allow a sponsor to include its logo on the name badge lanyards.
Each attendee at ITRC 2024 will receive a tote bag containing gifts and educational materials. Tote Bag Sponsorship will allow a sponsor to include its company logo, alongside the ITRC 2024 logo, on these tote bags.
