Cover Crops

Cover crops are plants used to help prevent erosion or keep the soil “covered” and have many biological and soil health benefits. Some of these benefits include improvements in soil organic matter, soil nitrogen, soil microbial activity and diversity, and reduced erosion.

This website is dedicated to providing educational resources on cover crops to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
