Leger Speaks to Farm Bureau About LaYAPP (YouTube)

In the summer of 2010 a new pilot program, Louisiana Young Ag Producers Program (LaYAPP), was introduced. LaYAPP is designed to provide a year-long, intensive, quality educational experience for high school juniors and seniors that express a keen interest in a production agriculture career.


Avery Davidson, with the Louisiana Farm Bureau’s “This Week in Louisiana Agriculture” program, speaks with Bradley Leger, Ph.D. from the LSU AgCenter about the Louisiana Young Ag Producers Program and finds out how students and partners can get involved.
