Cleanable sofa, dining chair slipcovers, rug

Slipcovers make it easy to clean or update your furniture. Rather than using specialized products and appliances, you can simply remove the slips and wash them to get rid of dust and other allergens.

Paperless drywall (water, mold resistant)

Paperless drywall is a more durable option as it resists warping, water absorption, and delamination. This prevents moisture damage like mold, which is difficult to remove and can negatively impact your health.
