All toilets in LaHouse are low flow. This means that they use no more than 1.6 gallons per flush to save a significant amount of water per flush without sacrificing quality.
Low flow toilets are a great option to quickly lower your bills and also an eco-friendly option for the home. The EPA estimates a family can reduce water used for toilets by 20% to 6% which amounts to about 13,000 a year, by switching all toilets in the home to low flow.
The toilet is located in a private space that is still wheelchair accessible.
The blocking in the walls will provide a strong surface to attach grab bars in the future.
Without blocking, the grab bar would not provide much support or could potentially be ripped out of the wall.
This thermostat controls the radiant floor heating system throughout the bathroom. The heated floor system in the bathroom is done through PEX pipes to prevent the cracking and leaking associated with the standard copper or galvanized steel pipes.
Radiant floor heating systems are costly to install but add an additional heat source to the home and can significantly raise your home’s value.
