Two ultra-quiet exhaust fans

Experience the Lahouse via virtual tour

There are two exhaust fans in the master bathroom because of the separated shower and bathtub.

Running the exhaust fan during and after a shower or bath is important to reduce mold growth and moisture problems in the bathroom. This is a very quiet model of exhaust fan, which eliminates vent noises. Because it is so quiet, there is a timer to ensure it’s not left on too long.

Duct to outside, installed for effective flow

The exhaust fans are vented to the outside of the building. The shortest and straightest duct run is the best for the power and efficiency of your vent.
