It is recommended to install an air barrier in a bathroom with a shower or tub on an exterior wall.
The design of the air jet whirlpool tub works by using air to create bubbles rather than pushing water through circulation pipes. This prevents water from sitting in the jet pipes, which often leads to mold growth within piping which is very difficult to clean and can lead to damaged pipes.
The tapered tub can be filled for a bath with less water compared to traditionally shaped tubs.
Acrylic is the ideal material for a bathtub as it is resistant to cracking and chipping while also being easy to clean as it is non-porous. It also is a very versatile material and comes in many colors or patterns to fit your preferences.
A hand shower is useful for everyone, especially people who use wheelchairs or have limited mobility. Additionally, it allows for better cleaning of all parts of the tub as water can be sprayed directly.
Having a plumbing access panel allows for easier problem diagnosis. An access panel can reduce the cost of repairs by allowing plumbers easier access and not needing wall repair.
Multiple low flow showerheads make the space more accessible for those with limited mobility while also conserving water
These levers are easier for people with limited wrist mobility to turn on compared to knobs
This control panel allows for easily accessed repairs
