The utility room offers a multi-use space for hobbies or home projects with durable finishes.
Rubber tile is an excellent option for a utility room because of its resistance to water, stains, mold and mildew. A rubber floor that is properly maintained can last more than 20 years with minimal wear and tear compared to other options.
Rubber tile flooring is also straightforward to install as all tiles interlock. It does not require adhesive but adding glue beneath the tiles will make the floor less likely to shift under heavy equipment, like a washer and dryer.
The ironing board in the utility room is conveniently built into the wall. The nook it is built into features outlets for your iron to keep wires out of the way.
There is space for additional cabinets or an optional laundry chute.
This hobby station is adjustable to accommodate someone standing or using a wheelchair. Raising the surface also lets you keep the contents out of a child’s reach.
CRI tells you how true a paint color will appear based on the bulb’s light.
The color rendering index or CRI measures a light source’s ability to show an object’s “true” color compared to a standard incandescent light. The CRI is scaled from 0 to 100; the higher the rating, the better a light source can render color accurately.
