    • LSU Centers for Excellence in Learning and Teaching
      Manager
      Managed a creative team comprised of digital photography, film photography, video production and multimedia design. Utilized instructional system design principles to design, deliver and evaluate both individually and in a team setting online course materials for faculty at LSU.

    • Instrumental in e-Learning resources on campus. Development of e-Learning resource website and departmental site. Maintain familiarity with emerging technologies and electronic resources. Conduct workshops for faculty on e-Learning and instructional design. Work on instructional design special projects and serve on Residential College committee.

    • LSU Centers for Excellence in Learning and Teaching
      Blackboard System Administrator
      Oversaw a two-year pilot program supporting over 15,000 users. Conducted Blackboard support for faculty and students and created interactive courses to be taught online.

    • Graphic Design Instructor
      Instructed and assisted students in course. Teaching consisted of basic printing processes, paste-up techniques, techniques of illustration, fine arts, art history, marketing, computer skills, pc and Mac graphics programs and Web publishing programs. Responsible for the reorganization of the class curriculum and program.

    • Museum Curator
      Involved in the acquisition, storage and exhibition of collections, including negotiating and authorizing the purchase, sale, exchange or loan of collections. Responsible for authenticating, evaluating and categorizing the specimens in a collection. Oversaw and helped conduct the institution’s research projects and related educational programs. Oversaw production of printed material within Office of Secretary of State. Involved in exhibit preparation and design, preparation of artifacts for display and exhibit and museum policy development. Coordinated educational and public outreach programs, such as tours, workshops, lectures, and classes. Responsible for the design and layout of various education outreach booklets, created and prepared self-guided tour policies and brochures, teacher's resource guides, pamphlets and brochures, as well as activity and coloring books. Museums include: Old State Capitol, Louisiana State Archives, E.D. White House, Cotton Museum, and Arsenal.

    Social Media

    • Lead- Post content from LSU AgCenter,com on social media accounts.(post 90% of the content)
    • Create graphics that meet Facebook and Instagram best standards for posting.
    • Review each week's analytics to note changes and successes.
    • Review posts for ADA compliance.
    • Create infographics for spcial media use.
    • Develop and provide training on Social Media applications and practices.
    • Develop social media training materials and online help site
    • Conduct Social Media training and presentations upon request.
    • Member of LSU AgCenter Social Media team
    • Continued education on a regular basis.

    Instructional Design & Training

    • Provide comprehensive training to employees on our Content Management System
    • Provide periodic subject matter training for existing employees
    • Participate in continued education for improvement in training curriculum, documentation and training methodologies
    • Design and develop training curricula and course materials, including handouts, manuals and exercises.
    • Deliver training programs either in a group classroom setting, or online through an e-learning or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), or on a one-to-one basis.
    • Identify and implement creative programs to improve training delivery.
