Tramayne Richardson is an Assistant Area Nutrition Agent for East Baton Rouge and Livingston Parishes. She began her position with the LSU AgCenter May of 2021. Tramayne studied Dietetics at Southern University A&M College, where she graduated as Student Marshall of the College of Family and Consumer Sciences in 2009. Her love of food and passion for enriching the lives of others through health and wellness led her to graduate from culinary school in New Orleans, and expand her understanding of food abroad while attending culinary school in Spain. She hopes to leave a lasting impression on those she encounters so that health may become a lifestyle and not a temporary fix.
Tramayne is looking forward to applying her previous knowledge, skills, and experiences with the residents of her home state of Louisiana. Her background in education, food, and wellness expands over ten years and is the driving force behind building a career dedicated to self-care and inspiring healthy change. She is excited to begin to offer educational opportunities for those looking to learn more about incorporating nutrition and physical activity into their daily lives.
