- 2021 4-H Summer Day Camp
Due to the damage to Camp Grant Walker from the hurricanes of 2020, traditional summer camp will not take place this summer. But, in an effort to bring the summer camp experience to 4-H members across the state, Camp Grant Walker decided to "Take This Show on the Road!" On June 9, 2021, Ascension 4-H will be hosting a Summer Day Camp at Lamar Dixon Expo Center for our area! 4th-6th grade 4-H members from Ascension, St. James, East Baton Rouge, and St. Charles are invited to attend!
4-H Summer Day Camp will be a full-day, in-person, and mostly outdoor fun experience. Snacks and meals will be provided. Transportation to and from camp will not be provided. All COVID guidelines will be followed including wearing masks and social distancing.
