Medical Information
Please note that as we will not have an on-site nurse for our fall programs, therefore we are unable to administer any/all medications, prescription or otherwise. Therefore, youth will either need to be prepared and allowed to self-administer, or a parent/guardian will be required to attend as a parent volunteer. If parents wish to serve as a parent volunteer, they will need to apply ASAP after registration opens in order to ensure that we can receive their background screen in time. We will also review all submitted health forms prior to the program in order to be aware of any existing food allergies.
Please note that Camp Grant Walker is Peanut-Free Facility. Please avoid packing any snacks which contain peanuts/tree nuts or may have been processed in a nut facility.
