We offer Shooting Sports Club, Photography Club, Jr. Leader Club, Livestock opportunities, workshops, camps, contests, and more!

Re-enrollment Instructions:

• If you have previously enrolled in the online system, please do NOT create a new account.
• Simply login to 4-H Online with your existing login information, click on your family Member List and click the link to Enroll Now beside your names. If you forgot your account info, can click Reset Password on the enrollment screen.

First Time Enrollment Instructions:

• Please read the information below very carefully and contact us at 323-2251, M-F, 8-4:30, if you have questions.
• Please use Google Chrome when registering on a computer.
• The link is https://bit.ly/LA4HOnline and click on “Don’t have an account” or you may use the QR Code.
• You will need to create a family account, then each participating family member may be added.

Other Information

• First and foremost, a selection must be made about becoming a 4-H Club Member. Either a school must be chosen or the Member-At-Large Option. More information below. Once the membership choice has been selected, then you may click on a Project Club, if desired: Jr. Leader Club, Photography Club, or Shooting Sports Club. If you have questions about any of these project clubs, please contact our office at 323-2251.
• Youth have a choice when enrolling in 4-H. If there is an existing 4-H club at their school and they want to be a member of the school club, you will need to choose that school in the online enrollment system. If your child does NOT want to be a member of the school club or if there isn’t a club available for that particular school, you will click on the Member-At-Large selection. Members at Large are not part of a particular school club but are able to participate in any 4-H event that is appropriate for their age group.
• PROJECT SECTION: Refers to any books or publications that may be desired. This does NOT sign a person up for the Project Clubs (Jr. Leaders, Photography Club, Shooting Sports).
• If you are part of an in-school club, where there is a club at your school, you will follow your school club leader’s guidelines. The basic annual 4-H fee is $7, but your club leader might add on more for club t-shirts, etc.
• If you are a Member-At-Large, meaning you are not part of a school-club, your annual enrollment fee will be the flat $7.
• If you also enroll as part of a Project Club there may be additional fees. See below:
  • Jr. Leader Club – Grades 7-12 – NO FEE
  • Photography Club – Grades 4-12 - $20 Fee
  • Shooting Sports Club – Grades 4-12 - $15 per youth; the maximum amount per family is $25, in addition to 4-H annual dues which is $7.
• VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers need to register as well. A Family Account will be created whether there is just one person or a whole family. It’s the first part of the online process and is very easy to do! As members of the family are added, there will be a place to choose volunteer, club member, etc.
• Enrollment Fee: The general 4-H Enrollment fee to become a 4-H member for 2023-2024 is $7.
• Payment Information: Dues payments may be made by check, cash, or by debit/credit card in the 4-H Online enrollment system. Checks should be made payable to Ouachita 4-H and may either be mailed or dropped off to our office at 704 Cypress Street, West Monroe, LA 71291. We also have a drop box located in the front of our building. NO CASH in the Dropbox please! Please put the 4-H member(s) name(s) in the memo section of your check. Cash payments may be taken inside Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. NOTE: only 4-H dues can be paid in the online system at this time. Fees for Shooting Sports, Photography Club, or any other fees CANNOT be paid online. These payments should be either mailed or brought to the Ouachita 4-H Office, 704 Cypress Street, West Monroe LA 71291. Please do not send any payments for Shooting Sports or Photography Club to your child's school!
