Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Recipe for Pumpkin Fluff Dip featured on KARD TV-14's Louisiana Living segment, Farm to Table, October 17, 2017. Demonstrated by Cathy Agan, Area Nutrition Agent, LSU AgCenter.


Ingredients

  • 1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding, instant, fat free, sugar free
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (16 oz.) container whipped topping, lite, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping and vanilla. Chill in the refrigerator until time to serve.

Makes 24 1/4-cup servings.
