Sweet potato harvest finally underway

(Video 10/18/17) Some Louisiana sweet potato farmers delayed their harvest in order to give their potatoes more time to reach market size. The harvest is well underway, and many producers are finding yields to be very good. LSU AgCenter correspondent Craig Gautreaux has this report. (Runtime: 01:35)
