(Video 01/19/23) It’s sad to see some cool-season annuals with decayed blooms and freeze-damaged branches and stems. On this edition of Get it Growing, LSU AgCenter horticulturist Heather Kirk-Ballard explains that you can deadhead these — not only to remove ugly dead plant material, but to encourage healthier growth and profuse blooming.
