Louisiana, Mississippi experts to speak at dairy conference Jan. 12

(01/06/17) BATON ROUGE, La. – The LSU AgCenter and Mississippi State University Extension Service will host the 2017 Mississippi Louisiana Dairy Management Conference on Jan. 12 in Tylertown, Mississippi.

Presentations will address milk quality in the Southeast, robotic milking, market conditions and the federal Veterinary Feed Directive. Speakers include experts from LSU, MSU and Iowa State University.

Attendees will also have a chance to visit with commercial exhibitors.

The conference will be held at the Southwest Events Center, located at 29 Mississippi Highway 48 East in Tylertown. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. and presentations at 9:30 a.m. The program will conclude with a lunch served at noon.
