1. Confetti Garden Cupcake Night Purslane - this plant was outstanding amongst our container trials this year! This new release from Dummen Orange is made up of three plants for a complementary design and color palette. This purslane has withstood the intense heat of our summer and has exhibited some drought tolerance as well. Great for hanging baskets and containers!

3. Yonge Street Coleus - Another winner from Dummen Orange! This coleus has been a great performer in our sun garden. This coleus has been slow to flower and therefore has graced our landscapes with its lovely burgundy foliage with round-toothed margins. It give excellent texture and bright color to the landscape.

4. Zesty Zinnias - Who doesn't love a big, fat zinnia bloom? The Zesty Zinnias have performed superbly in our heat and drought this summer, continually producing bright, full flower heads. The foliage has remained healthy with very little damage due to leaf spot or insect pressure. This year we trialed 'Purple,' 'Yellow,' and 'Orange.' All were outstanding in the landscape!

5. Angel Dance Angelonia - Both 'Violet Bicolor' and 'Fuchsia Bicolor' were winners this year! This angelonia is a new 2023 release from Ball. These plants are heat and drought tolerant and have performed superbly in our landscape. They have a larger, more vigorous form, reaching about 18" tall and producing masses of large, two-tone flowers on tall spikes.
