Who Can Attend? 4th- 6th grade 4-H members

Below is the 4-H Camp Letter & Information and Camp Registration Form for 4-H members who've been accepted to attend 4-H Camp.

Here are just a few reminders to ensure there are no holdups in completing your 4-H’ers registration for 4-H Summer Camp:

1. Complete the attached camp registration form (includes youth code of conduct, hold harmless and scholarship forms) turn in to the St. Landry 4-H Office with fees no later than Monday, April 21^st. Check or money order made payable to St. Landry 4-H. If paying by cash have exact amount.
2. If your child needs financial assistance for camp fees you will also need to complete the chancellor’s scholarship form (included in registration form) and return no later than Monday, April 21^st.

A 4-H Camp Parent Information Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 28^th from 5:30-7:00 pm at the 4-H Office. We encourage you to attend.
