This event will be a hands-on meal prep workshop. Participants will receive instruction on using electric pressure cookers safety to prepare healthy meals. Food tasting and a take-home meal will be provided. Checks or money orders for $20 per person may be made payable to the LSU AgCenter.
The Rapides Parish Extension office will have two workshops that will focus on the basics of using the new electric pressure cookers. The first workshop will be held on September 8, 2017 as part of our Lunch and Learn Series. The class will start at noon and the cost is $8.00. The second workshop will be held on September 12, 2017 at 5:30 pm. The cost is $20.00.
