- Healthy Beginnings Parenting Classes Offered
Sign up for the Healthy Beginnings Parenting Classes that will be offered through the LSU AgCenter in Lincoln Parish by Cathy S. Judd. You will be taught how to manage finances, budgeting, how credit works, preventing tips, discipline, brain development, when to call the doctor, how to have fun with your baby and more! This will be a 16 hour educational program, with free items given for your new baby.
Classes begin at 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 at the LSU AgCenter, 307 N. Homer Street, Ruston, LA 71270. Please call the office at 318-251-5134 if you are interested in attending.

Chapter 1 - Caring for Your Baby; Your Families Budget - Wed., May 10, 2017
Chapter 2- Keeping Your Baby Safe; Cash Crises - Wed., May 17, 2017
Chapter 3 - Understanding Your Baby's Development; Making it on Your Own - Wed., May 24, 2017
Chapter 4 - Brain Development; Meeting Your Transportation - Wed., May 31, 2017
Chapter 5 - Nutrition and Physical Activity; Credit the Good Bad and the Ugly - Thurs., June 8, 2017
Chapter 6 - Communication - Co-Parenting - Tues., June 13, 2017
