Mr. John Lee has made a huge impact on the Lincoln Parish 4-H Youth Development Program for over 56 years. He got his start as a 4-H Club Organizational Leader in which he stayed for over 30 years until retirement. During his time as a Club Leader, his 4-H Program remained one of the best in the parish. After his retirement, Mr. Lee remained a huge part of the 4-H Program through his dedication and volunteering. He works as a substitute teacher in which he constantly promotes 4-H by finding students that join and get involved in 4-H. He has recently been asked to return to the school and program he cared for in order to return it to its former glory.
Throughout his time working with 4-H, Mr. Lee has been recognized as the Lincoln Parish “Outstanding Leader” on more than one occasion. He has been featured in numerous newspapers, newsletters and service community meetings as the 4-H program’s most loyal leader. Due to his dedication and ability, Mr. Lee has been recognized as an outstanding educator many times throughout his career.
Mr. Lee has always shared his passion for 4-H with the youth he helps to lead. Mr. Lee has made a positive impact on the youth in the Lincoln Parish 4-H Program.
