The 2026 Field Day will feature other horticultural demonstrations installed at the station including a Louisiana Super Plant demo, Louisiana Native Plant demo, and a wildflower/pollinator demo. Program agenda features seed saving demonstrations performed by the Delta and Macon Ridge Master Gardeners, followed by tours of the demos and preservation gardens. The program continues with indoor presentations from Horticulture Agents Kerry Heafner and Marcie Wilson with updates from the program. Other keynote speakers will also be present. The program concludes with a taste testing of the vegetables grown in the preservation garden prepared and served by the Master Gardener volunteers. Attendees are given a goodie bag of seeds from the varieties grown in the garden that year. Program agenda to be released in July 2026.
