On May 10, 2023, Audubon Sugar Institute hosts approximately 50 international delegates as part of the 2023 Sugar Industry Technologist (SIT) meeting that took place in New Orleans, LA. During the visit, a complete tour of the Institute’s outstanding sugar processing and analytical facilities was given.
