Congratulations to Dr. Harold Birkett, a long-term Professor at the Audubon Sugar Institute, for being chosen as a 2022 Sugar Notable for research in the Sugar Journal.
A committee of industry leaders selected the winners from nominations received from members of the sugar industry based on their length service to the industry, career achievements, contributions to the betterment of the industry, involvement in industry organizations and activities and demonstrated leadership characteristics.
