The Audubon Sugar Institute Triennial Report 2018-2021 was published last month and a copy was given to all ASI staff. Copies will be also distributed to the LA sugar industry and around the world. Some of the topics included in the report are: Audubon Strategic Plan, Training, Extension, Publication & Presentation, R&D in different areas such as Cane Processing, Cane Engineering, Analytical Methods, Cane Specialty Sugars, and Bioproducts, among others.
