Mendel University and LSU AgCenter will hold a second joint Food Symposium 2.0. The event will take place in a hybrid format with both, in-person presence at Mendel and via MS Teams. In addition to high level discussions on new trends in food technology, new topics related to food science disciplines and economic and labor issues pertaining to food industry, we will introduce a session fully dedicated to student projects and research.
