Makes about 12 Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Scoop out one tablespoon at a time and roll into balls. Place in an airtight container.

Chill the bites in the fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy!
