Breakfast is a great way to boost our energy in the morning, fuel our brains for work and school, and get the nutrients our bodies need. Eating breakfast can also help us maintain a healthy weight, jumpstart our metabolism, and keep our blood sugar levels steady throughout the day. If you're finding it tough to squeeze meal preparation into your morning routine, try preparing your breakfast ahead of time. Overnight oats are a quick, easy morning meal that are made the night before the morning rush. Check out our Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats recipe below:
Serves: 1
In a single-serving plastic container or glass jar, mix together dried apple, oats, chia seeds, brown sugar blend, and cinnamon.
Add milk and vanilla to the mixture and stir to combine. Place a lid on the container and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir the mixture and top with walnuts. Enjoy!
