You need:

  • Radio
  • Timer

Top 4 Anaerobic Exercises

  • Animal Races: Hop like a bunny, next jump like a frog, then squat and waddle like a duck for 30 seconds total.
  • Energetic Movements: Jump for 10 seconds, next Stomp left and right for 10 seconds, then do Squats for 10 seconds.
  • Clean Up Race: Turn on music, set a timer for 2 minutes, then see who can clean up a certain area the fastest!
  • Freeze Dance: Play your favorite song for approximately 30 seconds, when the music stops, freeze in your pose and hold it until the music starts again.
