Check Campus Voicemail While Working Remotely

Step 1 – Dial (225) 578-5600

Step 2 – Press #

Step 3 – Mailbox number = 8+last four digits of your office phone number

Ex: 84337

Step 4 – Please enter your PIN/Password and press #

Ex: 1111#

Step 5 – Press 2 to get messages

Step 6 – Select from the following options:

  • Press 0 (zero) to listen to a message
  • Press *D (*3) to delete a message
  • Press # to skip a message
  • Press 1 to respond to a message
