​June is Dairy Month

June is dairy month and the opportunity to highlight the nutrition of dairy products. Calcium is a valuable nutrient in dairy foods.

Including dairy in your diet is important. Diary products are a good source of calcium, which promotes strong bones.

Weight-bearing exercises are important to bone health in addition to the consumption of calcium rich foods like dairy foods, broccoli and leafy greens and white beans.
