Seniors make up a large portion of our adult population here in Jefferson Parish. Karen Marie the Salubrious RD works with this age group at Senior Centers on the east and west banks of Jefferson Parish. She has even ventured down to the southern most point of Jefferson parish to present to the Seniors in Grand Isle, Louisiana.
