Louisiana 4‑H WeLead Conference is a premier leadership development event held on the LSU–Baton Rouge campus, designed for members appointed to the 2026–2027 Louisiana 4‑H Leadership Board. Participants will:

• Engage in dynamic leadership training and board planning sessions
• Build essential skills in teamwork, advocacy, and state-level program planning
• Network with peers across the state and develop actionable goals for their service year

This conference empowers youth leaders to strengthen their voice, expand their vision, and lead with confidence—setting the stage for success in 4-H and beyond.
