On Tuesday 17 July, 2018, Mr. Atsuya Sugawara, Director of Food and Industrial Biotransformation, Huvepharma Co., Swiss Branch, flew in from Switzerland to visit the Audubon Sugar Institute of the LSU AgCenter in St. Gabriel, LA.This was to tour the Institute’s outstanding sugar processing and analytical facilities and to discuss collaborations. Huvepharma is a global pharmaceutical company that also manufactures and markets enzymes for food, feed, and industrial applications.
