(08/28/23) BATON ROUGE, La. — East Baton Rouge Master Gardeners will present two presentations that will help you get your gardens going for the fall.
The first presentation is cool-weather plants presented by Mary Tauzin, and the second is raised beds and bags by Kerry Hawkins. Both presentations are free and open to the public.
They will be held at the Fairwood Library, 12910 Old Hammond Highway, on Thursday, Sept. 28, at 5:30 p.m.
Tauzin, who is retired from LSU Health Care Services, is a past president as well as plant sale leader of the East Baton Rouge Parish Master Gardeners. Hawkins, an Advanced Master Gardener, is a retired engineer who is fascinated with the plant world.
