(04/04/23) BATON ROUGE, La. — The East Baton Rouge Master Gardeners will present talks on weed control and lilies on Thursday, April 27, at the Fairwood Branch Library, 2910 Old Hammond Highway.
The talks, scheduled for 5:30 p.m., are open to the public and free of charge.
LSU AgCenter agent Bert Hammett will provide all the latest information on weed control and help you decide which methods will meet your needs.
The second presenter will be Master Gardener Carol Paine, who will explain what makes a lily a lily. She also will talk about plants that are often misnamed.
