- 4-H University 2022
4-H University is the premier 4-H event of the year for 4-H members 8th grade and up. There are 40 contests offered in the competitive track providing individual and team competitions in demonstrations, interviews and project related examinations. This is your chance to compete statewide against other 4-H members for cash, educational trips and awards trips. 4-H University is also an opportunity for you to explore the LSU campus, experience dormitory life, eat like a college student, visit with college faculty members, and learn more about possible career choices.
If you’re not into competition, or just want some advanced training in your project or special interest area, then you should look in to 4-H CLOVER COLLEGE. Cost associated with clover college are the same as competition. You will need to rank your tracks when available. If you are interested in participating in 4-H U, contact the LaSalle 4-H Office at 318-992-2205. Handouts are also available at the 4-H Office, LaSalle Facebook page, and at your school club meetings.
